Position: Easy Rider -Server
Shifts: Brunch, Dinner, Late Night | Wednesday through Sunday
Type: Part Time, Full Time
Compensation: $2.13 per hour + tips
Easy Rider is a new diner-style restaurant in the heart of Fountain Square, serving brunch, dinner and late night food with a full bar.
Easy Rider is owned and operated by HI-FI Indianapolis, and is connected to HI-FI & HI-FI Annex - feeding from an active schedule of live concerts. Chef Ian Stricklin dishes out menu favorites like Chilaquiles, Chicken & Waffles, Shrimp + Grits, Mac & Queso, Cubanos Fried Chicken and more. Easy Rider is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner but it's no secret - we brunch hard. The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, with family friendly and adult bar seating, in the space formerly occupied by Pure Eatery.
We are currently hiring personable, experienced servers for breakfast/brunch shifts as well as dinner and late night. Ideal candidates would have prior experience serving in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Meticulous attention to detail and high-level of customer service skills important skills to put forth.
Candidates should be highly motivated to succeed, reliable, and have the ability to work efficiently under pressure. As ambassadors of our guest experience, everyone on our team must deliver a high level of customer service.

Position: Server
Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurant tables at the beginning of each shift
- Present restaurant menus and help customers in selecting food/beverages
- Maintain cleanliness that complies with food sanitation requirements and properly handling food
- Issue bills and accept payments using Toast POS
- Answer questions and make recommendations to guests
Qualifications
- Must be 18+
- Minimum of one (1) year of serving or waitering experience
- Must be a Certified ServeSafe food handler
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting and working under pressure
- In depth knowledge of the restaurant industry
- Understanding of food safety standards
Skills Required
- Basic verbal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to listen and follow instructions
- Tech-savvy with ability to enter table-side orders via Toast POS handheld devices
- Must be able to kneel, squat, stand, bend, and lift up to 40lbs during shift
- A positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
