Job Description

Position: Non-Alcoholic Beverage Sales
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Weekend Shifts)
Type: Seasonal | Event-based

Compensation: $10- $12 per hour + tips, based on experience

The ideal candidate must have a keen sense of customer service and positive attitude. We are ambassadors to the experience of our customers. As such, everyone on our team must deliver a high-level of customer service - regardless of the role that you are working.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and providing them in a timely manner
Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, according to company standards
Observe all state and federal laws regarding the service of food and drinks
Maintain beverage inventory at proper serving temperatures and restock soft drinks throughout shift
Pre and post-shift cleaning and disinfecting

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
18+ (Preferred)
Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
Able to work in extreme conditions including high heat

Excellent communication: Ability to listen, take direction, and execute with minimal supervision
Experience using Square POS (Bonus)

Work Environment

Varies by location and event
Indoor and outdoor events, outdoor events can often be more labor intensive
Event days are often long and subject to weather constraints which can include heat, rain, and other unforeseen elements
