Job Description

Position: Licensed Bartenders
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Weekend Shifts)
Type: Seasonal | Event-based

Compensation: $5 per hour + tips, (tip structure varies by event)

As a concessions team member, you'll be more than just a bartender. You'll be the life of the party and the face of our company! Your passion for people and commitment to exceptional customer service will shine through as you craft delicious cocktails, handle transactions and ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining speed without compromising quality
• Providing excellent customer service with efficient order-taking and preparation
• Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, according to company standards
• Adhering to all state and federal laws regarding food and alcohol service
• Keeping the service area clean and stocked
• Conducting pre and post-shift cleaning and disinfecting

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Indiana servers license
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to create cocktails in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of drink recipes and ingredients
• Knowledge of industry trends and proper safety requirements
• Positive, outgoing attitude 
• Team-player mentality
• (Bonus) Experience using Square POS

Work Environment

• Varies by location and event
• Indoor and outdoor events, with outdoor events potentially being more labor-intensive
• Long event days subject to weather constraints including heat, rain and other unforeseen elements
