Our front gates team is the face of our operation, as a member, you're not just checking tickets or ID's – you're setting the stage for an incredible experience. Job Description

Positions: Ticket Scanner, Box Office, ID Check (21+)
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Weekend Shifts)
Type: Seasonal | Event-based

Compensation: $10- $15.00 per hour, based on experience.


The Ideal candidate must have a keen sense of customer service and positive attitude. We are ambassadors to the experience of our customers. As such, everyone on our team must deliver a high-level of customer service - regardless of the role that you are working.  


Responsibilities

  • Welcome attendees with a friendly smile and enthusiastic demeanor as they enter (All Roles)
  • Efficiently and accurately scan tickets using provided equipment (Ticket Scanner)
  • Providing guidance and assistance to guests when necessary (All Roles)
  • Handling ticketing questions or concerns, directing guests to the appropriate staff for further assistance (Box Office & Ticket Scanners)
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions for those purchasing tickets (Box Office)
  • Check customer identification for age verification (ID Check)
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18+ (Box Office & Ticket Scanners)
  • Must be 21+ (ID Check)
  • Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to work in extreme conditions including high heat

Work Environment

  • Varies by location and event
  • Indoor and outdoor events, outdoor events can often be more labor intensive
  • Event days are often long and subject to weather constraints which can include heat, rain, and other unforeseen elements
