Position: Easy Rider - Busser

Shifts: Brunch, Dinner, Late Night | Wednesday through Sunday

Type: Part Time

Compensation: $9 + Server Tip Outs (Based on Sales)

Easy Rider is a new diner-style restaurant in the heart of Fountain Square, serving brunch, dinner and late night food with a full bar.

Easy Rider is owned and operated by HI-FI Indianapolis, and is connected to HI-FI & HI-FI Annex - feeding from an active schedule of live concerts. Chef Ian Stricklin dishes out menu favorites like Chilaquiles, Chicken & Waffles, Shrimp + Grits, Mac & Queso, Cubanos Fried Chicken and more. Easy Rider is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner but it's no secret - we brunch hard. The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, with family friendly and adult bar seating, in the space formerly occupied by Pure Eatery.

We are currently hiring personable, experienced bussers for breakfast/brunch shifts as well as dinner and late night. Ideal candidates would have prior experience as a busser in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Position: Busser

Responsibilities

Take dirty dishes off of tables to dish.
Thoroughly clean tables when guests are finished.
Stock and restock tables throughout service.
Polish Silverware/Glasses.
Make coffee/tea.
Fill ice bins.
Sweep and Mop where needed.
Take trash out to dumpsters.
Break down boxes.

Qualifications

Comfortable in a fast-paced setting and working under pressure
Must be able to kneel, squat, stand, bend, and lift up to 40lbs during shift

Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to listen and follow instructions
A positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
