Easy Rider is a new diner-style restaurant in the heart of Fountain Square, serving brunch, dinner and late night food with a full bar. 

Easy Rider is owned and operated by HI-FI Indianapolis, and is connected to HI-FI & HI-FI Annex - feeding from an active schedule of live concerts. Renowned Chef Ricky Martinez (Delicia, Boca, Havana) dishes out menu favorites like Chilaquiles, Chicken & Waffles, Shrimp + Grits, Mac & Queso, Cubanos Fried Chicken and more.  Easy Rider is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner but it's no secret - we brunch hard. The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, with family friendly and adult bar seating, in the space formerly occupied by Pure Eatery. 

 

We are currently hiring personable, experienced hosts for breakfast/brunch shifts as well as dinner and late night. Ideal candidates would have prior experience as a hosting in a fast-paced restaurant setting and/or managing carryout orders.  

 

Candidates should be highly motivated to succeed, reliable, and have the ability to work efficiently under pressure. As ambassadors of our guest experience, everyone on our team must deliver a high level of customer service.

Position: Bartender


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for producing cocktails and beers for bar guests, all while remaining attentive and hospitable to the guests
  • Responsible for producing alcoholic beverage orders for servers
  • Place drink orders accurately into Toast POS
  • Respond promptly and courteously to any requests or problems
  • Follow and maintain established standards of sanitation and all systems, recipes, and procedures of the company

Qualifications

  • Must be age 21 or above
  • Minimum of two (2) years of bartending experience 
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
  • Must have adequate licensing and certifications required to serve alcohol in the State of Indiana

Skills Required

  • Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to think and communicate clearly in high pressure situations
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle money
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
